Kim, Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

I grew up in Rocky Mount, VA, and have spent my career working in customer service, where I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people. Outside of work, I love playing pickleball, reading, working in my flower garden, and spending time at the beach. I’m always eager to learn something new, especially at the hospital where I get to expand my knowledge each day. One of my favorite parts of the day is greeting friends who trust us with their pets—it’s always a joy to see them and how much they love furry family members.
